Men's pelvic health
Train your pelvic floor, one guided session at a time.
StrivFlow is a structured 180-day Kegel training program built for men. It replaces guesswork with a timed on-screen coach that tells you exactly when to squeeze, hold, and relax — and tracks every session privately.
7-day free trial. No payment method required to start.
Pelvic floor training, done properly
Kegel exercises work when they are done consistently and with correct timing. Most men give up because there is nothing to follow and no way to tell whether it is working. StrivFlow fixes both.
A real program, not a timer
180 days of progressive sessions. Each day tells you what to train and how long for, so you are never guessing at the intensity.
Guidance you can feel
Haptic feedback marks every contraction and release, so you can train with the screen face-down and stay focused on the muscle, not the phone.
Private by design
No ads, no advertising identifiers, and nothing sold to third parties. Your training history belongs to you and can be deleted at any time.
How a session works
Every session is built from the same three phases, timed for you on screen.
Squeeze
Contract your pelvic floor muscles. The on-screen guide fills as you engage.
Hold
Maintain the contraction for the duration the program sets for that day.
Relax
Release and rest fully. Recovery between reps is part of the training, not a gap.
Two sessions a day. A day counts toward your streak once you have completed both of that day's sessions. Short, repeated practice builds pelvic floor endurance more reliably than one long session.
